Body…

your breath is the fastest way back to yourself.

Trauma Informed Breathwork for anyone ready to lead from a grounded, embodied place.

Breathe..

Breathwork is more than a pause for calm, it’s a body-based method for reducing stress, building resilience, and restoring emotional balance. By working directly with the nervous system, it helps you shift from mental overdrive into genuine regulation, clarity, and focus.

Through Functional Breathwork, Conscious Connected Breathwork, somatic practices and mindfulness tools, you stop living from the head and start listening to your body.

The Weekly Breath

Join me for thirty minutes to come out of your head and back to calm.

A simple, guided breathing session to help you down-regulate, settle your nervous system and reset at the end of a busy week. Using functional breathing techniques, we gently shift out of stress and back toward steadiness. Nothing to prepare, nothing to get right, just show up, follow along, and let your body do what it already knows how to do.

No experience needed. Suitable for everyone. Come as often or as little as you like.

Every Friday 12noon- 12:30 on Zoom

Somatic Breathwork.

Somatic Breathwork is a deeper guided practice that uses conscious, connected breathing patterns to move you out of your thinking mind and into your body. It works directly with your nervous system -- supports the release of stored tension, stress and old patterns that keep you stuck in fight, flight or freeze, even when life looks fine on the surface and helps the body close the loop on incomplete stress responses.

Breathwork works somatically -- through sensation and through the body, not through thinking or explanation -- so change happens in the body first.

Most of us are operating through life from a thinking mind perspective - problem solving, looking for the answers outside of ourselves, and very often we don’t listen to our bodies. Somatically, when we go through periods of prolonged stress, tension, overwhelm or trauma, our bodies can hold onto it subconsciously and it accumulates in our bodies causing dis-regulation of our nervous system.

When our nervous system is dis-regulated, it reduces our ability to deal with the stresses and strains of daily life. By using modalities such as Breathwork, we can create more capacity within ourselves to move through life.

You might not remember but your body does.

Who is this for?

This work is for people who:

  1. Are high functioning on the outside but running on stress, adrenaline or burnout underneath

  2. Feel disconnected from their body after years of operating from the head

  3. Are ready to release what's no longer theirs to carry -- old patterns, limiting beliefs, pressure, perfectionism, fear.

  4. Want to boost focus, clarity and creativity.

  5. Want to move through life from a grounded, embodied place instead of pushing through.

Somatic Breathwork aims to promote self-awareness, emotional integration, stress reduction, and overall well-being.

Arrive & Set our Intentions

The Breathwork Journey

Through active, conscious connected breathing, we move stored tension and old patterns out of the body and into release.

We ground and set an intention for your journey.

We close by taking a little time to reflect on what came up so you leave grounded and clear, not just relaxed.
