I’m Shauna, the founder behind two multi award-winning food brands — Heavenly Tasty Organics, a pioneering baby food range, and Beam, a line of healthy snacks. My products have appeared on shelves across the UK, Ireland, and in 13 international markets.

With over 15 years’ experience as an Entrepreneur in the food industry, I know exactly what it takes to go from kitchen table idea to retail-ready product. I hold a First-Class Honours degree in Food Management & Marketing from University of Ulster, plus a CIM Diploma in Digital Marketing — and I’ve navigated every part of the food entrepreneur business journey: from concept development and manufacturing, to launch, scaling and export.

My path hasn’t been the typical one — building my brands from scratch, with no industry background or knowledge to fall back on. My lived experience of growing a business while raising four children gives me a no-nonsense, practical approach that cuts through the fluff and focuses on what actually works.

I’ve been a regular voice in the media and on stage, having appeared on BBC Breakfast, BBC Radio 5 Live, UTV Live, BBC Radio Ulster among other events. My work has earned me multiple accolades, including Belfast Telegraph’s Business Woman of the Year, recognising both my entrepreneurial success and my innovative approach to business.
