Hi, I’m Shauna - entrepreneur, coach, mentor & intuitive guide for female founders.
For over 15 years I lived and breathed entrepreneurship. I built two food brands from kitchen-table ideas into multi-award-winning businesses turning over millions of pounds in the process.
Multiple retail deals. National TV & radio features. Countless industry awards.
I’ve pitched to buyers, raised funding, navigated trade shows, grown a team - and lived the full entrepreneurial rollercoaster. I know what it feels like to hold the weight of a dream.
And then, life shifted. Markets changed. Trading conditions became impossible, and I made the brave decision to let go - to sell one brand and close another.
It was disorienting. The business had been my identity, my worth, my proof.
But the ending became an initiation, and a turning point.
I learned first-hand that growth isn’t only strategy - it’s identity, mindset and energy.
It’s the inner becoming that shapes the outer results.
Instead of going back, I went inward.
I began to mentor, trained as a coach, became a Master Reiki Practitioner, and built daily spiritual and embodiment practices that brought me back to centre - to clarity, to courage, to a vision that felt deeply my own.
That season of reinvention became the foundation for The Sacred Startover:
a space where ambitious women - especially founders and business owners who find themselves in transition: when a chapter closes, when identity shifts, when the soul whispers, you’re not done yet.
I hold space for the in-between - the moment when something ends, identity shifts, and a bigger vision calls.
But I don’t believe in simply rebuilding the old way.
I believe in starting over from alignment - creating the business and life that feel true to who you’re becoming.
