I work with ambitious Female Entrepreneurs, and Women in Business who know there’s another level available to them, and who sense that getting there isn’t about doing more, but becoming their best version.

I’m an Entrepreneur, Certified Coach, Business Mentor, and Intuitive Guide for women who want to grow and lead in a way that feels confident, aligned, and sustainable.

For over 15 years, I lived and breathed entrepreneurship. As a passionate foodie, I built two kitchen-table ideas into multi-award-winning food brands, scaling them and turning over millions of pounds in the process.

Along the way, I secured major retail listings, appeared on national TV and radio, won countless industry awards, pitched to retail buyers and investors, raised funding, navigated trade shows and travelled across the world.

I know what it feels like to carry the weight of a vision — and the responsibility that comes with it.

And then, following a series of external global challenges, life shifted.

Markets changed. Trading conditions became impossible, and I had to make the decision to let go - selling one brand and pausing another.

It was deeply disorienting - but I also knew it was right. Over time, my business had become intertwined with my identity, my sense of worth, and my proof of success. Letting go became a profound personal turning point.

That chapter taught me something I now see again and again in the women I work with:

• Growth isn’t driven by strategy alone. It’s shaped by identity, mindset, and energy.

• Who you believe yourself to be, quietly determines how you show up - and what you allow yourself to create.

Instead of rushing to “fix” what had ended, I turned inward.

I began mentoring other Women in Business, trained as a Certified Coach, became a Master Reiki Practitioner, and committed to daily embodiment and spiritual practices that brought me back to clarity, confidence, and a vision that felt deeply aligned.

That season of reinvention became the foundation for The Sacred Startover - a space for ambitious Women, Founders, Entrepreneurs and business owners who feel the pull toward something more.

Not because something has gone wrong, but because something within them is ready to evolve.

I work with women at moments of expansion: when identity shifts, when leadership deepens, when success is ready to take on a new shape.

I don’t believe in rebuilding from old patterns.
I believe in starting from alignment - and creating a business and life that reflect who you’re becoming now.
